Η δωδεκάχρονη Λ. μας επισκέφθηκε από το Βόλο, λίγο πριν τις καταστροφές, ύστερα από παραπομπή της δασκάλας μπαλέτου που την ανέλαβε φέτος. Η γλυκύτατη Λ. είχε τρομερή δυσκολία να εκτελέσει το grand plie στη δεύτερη position. Καταφέραμε, σε λιγότερο από μία ώρα, να ανακτήσει όλο το εύρος κίνησης.

Dealing with stiffness of a young dancer in a session

Twelve-year-old L. visited us from Volos, shortly before the disasters, after being referred by the ballet teacher who took her over this year. The sweet L. had terrible difficulty to perform the grand plie in the second position. We managed, in less than an hour, to recover the full range of motion.
